Tamika “TJ” Woodard is the oldest of four siblings and is a mother and grandmother. She is the founder of TJW Enterprises, LLC., a multi-faceted brand. She has many gifts and talents with a heart to serve and help others achieve their goals. She is a business coach and strategist, inspirational entrepreneur, author and publisher, stealth strategist, radio/TV personality and motivational speaker. She published her first book titled A Queen’s Guide to Dating the Christian Way, a book that provides godly principles of dating God’s way but also the importance of having a relationship with him will allow God to truly bless us with the great things he has for us. She has published over 18 best-selling books under her brand to include 3 of her own and has helped even more independent adults and children become best-selling authors.

Tamika is the founder of Designed for Royalty formerly Queens Series, a program in which she mentors young women between the ages of 15 - 25 offering advice and education on self-love, self-respect, self-esteem, love and relationships. She has expanded this program to include women of all ages as she desires to tackle areas that include but are not limited to single parenting, divorce, dating, entrepreneurship, goals & vision, healing through trauma and more. She motivates, inspires and encourages all those who come into her path to keep God first and to walk in their true and divine purpose. Tamika has a heart for the people but believe she is called to young adults and women who have experienced sexual trauma, single women, and those who have been divorced. Her entities include and are not limited to Kandi Girl Cosmetics, FFINC apparel/accessories, and Quantum Leap Media & Publishing. As she continues to expand her brand in the media, she has thrown her hat in the marketing and production arena previously serving as a co-partner of the Born Winners Network, a digital media company where she hosted several radio/tv shows and podcasts such as Conversations with Queens, The High Society Show, Look Who’s Writing and The Truth of the Matter.Tamika understands how her personal experiences has taught her so many things but most importantly how she is an overcomer and that she is Royalty. As the Managing Editor of RallyUp Magazine, serving as a Board Member for We Fight Foundation, she is an advocate for mental health awareness and sexual assault. She hopes that her desire to mentor will show that no matter the struggle, no matter the circumstances, no matter what they have been through they too can overcome. The possibilities are endless if they just don't quit and keep God first!
