Born to Apostle Doris Grant Young and Byron Wiley, and the Great-Great Granddaughter of African Methodist Episcopal Church Bishop, Abraham Grant. Answered the call of ministry March 26, 2000, ordained as an Evangelist under the leadership of Apostle Doris Grant Young in 2002 and appointed the position of Assistant Pastor in the year of 2002. Under the direction of the anointing in Apostle Prophet Jones, the Prophetic gift was released and nurtured. The calling and separation to God's mandate ordered Marceline to relocate to further gain teaching of the Deliverance, Intercession and Prophetic anointing that she moved membership to World Overcomers Outreach Ministry Under Apostle Alton R. Williams.

Licensed by Apostle Alton R. Williams 2011 as a Minister of the Gospel and other certifications as follows: Apostolic Harvest Leader, Deliverance, Prayer, Prophetic, Teaching and Evangelism. 2012 she launched Prayer Garden of Memphis, ministry called to bridge the gap among denominations and Pastors to pray together in the communities, cities, states and Nation that prayer will bring change when in agreement and partnership, birthed through prayer at World Overcomers Outreach Ministry Church. Intercessory Prayer frontline training and Prophetic training by Apostle Almenthia McCray, Church on the Rock. The love of Christ is her mandate to break the lost free from bondage, and bring order, direction and reconciliation to pursue God's ordained purpose for one’s life.  Marceline is a part of the intercessory prayer Team at The Pursuit of God Transformation Center where Pastors are Ricky Floyd and Sheila Floyd. The co-author of Tying the Knot between Ministry and the MarketPlace, Annual Event Host (The Annual Day of Prayer, Praise and Healing) (Pastoral Gathering where 24 prayers are interceded by Pastors), 24 Hour Prayer launched in September 2019 in Memphis, TN under the partnership of Pastor Ricky and Sheila Floyd. Author of  “On the Wall” The Intercessors Break-Threw. Shattered by Ones Touch” and We Overcame. Marceline is a doctoral Candidate in Doctor of Ministry at Newburgh Theological Seminary. Marceline holds a degree in Bachelors of Science in Management and Master of Business Administration.
